Online Bookings

Payment policy

All Holiday Park bookings through this website are subject to payment of 100% at time of booking. Online booking payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard through Direct Payment Solution (DPS) on their secured website. All payments will be in New Zealand dollars and will show on your statement as Kiwi Holiday Parks, Taupo, NZ.

Fly Buys points will not be issued on online bookings, you must show your card at the park you are staying at to redeem points.  Membership Discounts do not apply when using Fly Buys or other 3rd party vouchers.

Cancellation policy

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

All cancellations must be made via the KHP Online reservation system and will incur fees as stated below.  

All changes made to your booking will incur a $30.00 administration fee.  Please request any changes or cancellation via 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in a loss of all deposit paid. Cancellation outside of 14 days of arrival will result in a fee of $50 per unit/site cancelled.

All amendments must be made via the KHP Online reservation system using your reservation confirmation number. If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.  Please request any changes or cancellation via

Conditions of Use

  • Valid for 24 months from issue date
  • A maximum of $35 per stay applies
  • Not valid with any other offers, discounts, vouchers or third party booking sites
  • Bookings can be made online at or direct with a KHPA location to receive discount
  • Non transferable
  • Valid for one accommodation or site per membership
  • Please reference your membership number when booking and show your membership card  when arriving at a Partners outlets
