BOOKING INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Reservations.

Reservations for accommodation, tours and activities, will be acted upon as received, and confirmation conveyed to you for your confirmation and acceptance. This will be done by our reservations office at Kiwi TravelNZ.com central.

Deposits.

A 10% deposit is required within 10 days of your holiday confirmation. Some tours and operators have their own deposit regulations; you will be made aware of these at time of booking, which may require a deposit greater than the 10%.

Payment.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of your intended travel are to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. All travel documents and vouchers associated with reservations placed by our central reservations office, will only be issued after full payment has been received.

Late Booking Fee.

KiwiHolidayParks reserves the right to charge a late booking fee, if deemed necessary, to cover additional communication costs and other costs. The fee will be no more than $25.00.

Non-Payment.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in your reservations being cancelled without prior notice. KiwiHolidayParks Limited accepts no liability or responsibility if this occurs.

Cancellations.

If you cancel your bookings, cancellation fees may apply:

(a) If 30 days or more prior to departure. Not more than $15.00, plus any ground operator charges.
(b) 7 to 30 days. $50.00, plus any ground operator charges.
(c) 6 days or less. 100% of Holiday cost or at the discretion of KiwiHolidayParks and its suppliers.

Refunds.

(a) Unused rental car or campervan hire: no refund.
(b) Unused accommodation/service vouchers: refunded at the discretion of the supplier and KiwiHolidayParks.

Pricing.

All prices are expressed in New Zealand dollar terms, and include New Zealand Government Goods and Service Tax (GST) added at the current rate of 12.5%.
Price Guarantees. All prices quoted will be guaranteed once payment in full is received. by KiwiHolidayParks.

Documentation.

A valid passport is required for all passengers entering New Zealand. Those not travelling on an Australian passport may require a Visa. This is each passenger’s responsibility. KiwiHolidayParks accepts no responsibility or liability for travel documentation relating to entry into New Zealand.

Baggage.

All baggage and personal effects are at your own risk at all times. Any excess baggage charges are the responsibility of the passenger.

Travel Insurance.

KiwiHolidayParks strongly recommends that you purchase a comprehensive travel Insurance policy at the time of booking.

Liability.

The services rendered by KiwiHolidayParks will be rendered with due care and attention. KiwiHolidayParks and its associated companies and their employees are not liable for:
(a) Any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of government or other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action, (whether or not including KiwiHolidayParks employees), nor
(b) Any act or omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract, travel, accommodation, excursion or other holiday services (including the carriage of baggage) which results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience.
