About Us

Currently Independent Assessments Ltd. specialises in providing a quality assessment rating for accommodation properties in both the Holiday Park and Motel industries.

Assessments are based on the quality and standard of facilities offered and are allocated a star rating to reflect the property and accommodation offered.

The company operates as an independent identity, and through its assessors offers as part of an assessment, advice and encouragement on forward planning and quality control, so as to achieve a continual overall improvement in the quality and standard of services offered.

2 Stars: Acceptable. Exceeds minimum requirements, with some additional facilities or services.	5 Stars: Superior. Offers exceptional overall quality of facilities and services.
3 Stars: Good Quality. Facilities and services offered are of a high standard.	A "Plus" sign indicates the property rates at top end of that particular star rating.
4 Stars: High quality. A wide range of facilities and services of consistently high quality throughout.	Applied For: Indicates that the property is being assessed at time of print.
